Dates: Mondays 1/8, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5 and 2/12
Time: 4:00pm-5:30pm: If you are a MS Student and get out at 3:50, no problem. Just get there as soon as you can.
Coaches: All sessions will be run by Coach Nate Wilson-Traisman, and coach Travis Rooke-Ley. Coach Nate is the current head coach for Beaverton Senior Federal JBO, and has played and coached at the college level, including working as the Mental Skills Coordinator for Lewis and Clark College Baseball. Coach Nate is also a Licensed Family Therapist, and Mental Performance Coach, and enjoys teaching mental skills to young athletes! Coach Travis is the current pitching coach at Beaverton HS, and also has college playing experience. Coach Travis has worked as a teacher for nearly 10 years, and has significant expertise working with youth. Together, Coach Nate and Coach Travis combine for over 20 years of coaching experience.
Class Description: These will be group classes with a focus on a variety of skill developments. Think of this like a baseball class that's dedicated to skill advancement and repetition. Each week will incorporate a combination of skill focuses, including hitting, defense, pitching, and mental skills
Location: 8010 Nimbus Ave, Beaverton, OR
Ages: 9-14 years old (9-11 year olds will be grouped together, and 12-14 year-olds grouped together)
Gear Needed: No cleats. Flat shoes, helmet, glove, water, hat and batting gloves
